The best and worst parts
The views from the beautiful double room were amazing. The attention to detail, especially the birthday surprise, showcased excellent service. Enjoying the outdoor hot tub was a highlight of our relaxing stay!
Unfortunately, we experienced delays with our meal orders and had issues with service attentiveness. The spa had limited availability as planned.

Top quality, stylish rooms with a view. Above average breakfast for a stronger coffee, exceptional service. Location not far from the restaurant/footpath, Ballina town centre and the river and the delightful staff. Also, in the restaurant where nothing was too much trouble.

Plus, being a short stroll from Saint Muredach's Cathedral gave me the perfect opportunity to dive into some local history while I wandered the charming streets of Ballina.

great stay but minor issues
I also appreciated the depth of flavors in the dinner. The staff were genuinely friendly.
Unfortunately, the room, while very nice, could use a little more attention in terms of maintenance.

The beautiful double room with a river view was amazing. I loved taking long walks with my family and our service dog along the river. The spa treatments really topped off our experience-it was so relaxing!
In my wife's opinion, better kids' activities would enhance the stay.

It was just a decent option for a flash visit in Ballina with fantastic value. The room had a lovely view, but the hotel felt a bit run down. Consider bringing your own water and snacks in case of outages.

Wow, what a gem of a place! the views are absolutely stunning, and our room was so cozy with a lovely bathroom that really made us feel at home. the spa treatments were delightful and totally rejuvenating, although the food could maybe step it up a notch to match the high standard of everything else, but honestly, that's just a tiny thing in an otherwise perfect stay. 🌟.
